I seriously could live here

My daughter and I stayed for two nights while on a road trip. We joked about how nice the place was and that we could actually live there. It has everything you need for an extended stay. The breakfast was nice. Staff was friendly. Spacious and modern rooms. We were impressed!

Nice hotel, bad parking.

The hotel was nice and clean. The parking is very odd and far from any entrance you can use with a key. I had to drag two small kids and luggage a long way and didn’t like the cars weren’t easily visible from the rooms. It wasn’t to my taste and we wouldn’t stay again, due to the logistics, but it was very nice.

I take a black light with me to every hotel I stay in. When I tell you this room was spotless! Beautifully set up and exactly how the pictures showed. The staff was absolutely amazing. Pool was heated a little cloudy but still a pleasure. Our shower had run out of soap and shampoo. They were there in no time to refill everything. The staff was amazing and the breakfast was delicious. I am very happy with my stay. Truthfully I don’t know that I will ever book with anyone else other than Marriott Bonvoy.

The “accessible” rooms are exactly the same as the regular ones except for some minor changes (grab handles in bathroom). The size of the rooms is not as pictured in the photos. Rooms are very small and feel cramped. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel for a wheelchair user because there is no room to move, uncomfortable bathrooms and very high beds. Other chains offer bigger rooms for people with accesibility needs (is not enought for a chair to pass the doorframe). Breakfast was ok. The good at Marriott’s restaurant was bad and the service mediocre. The hotel has a very nice gym.

The property is great. But. for the price per night, I have to ask why certain "little items" are no longer provided. Littke things like body lotion, shower caps, bar soap for those who cannot use the nody cleansing gel. The auto ice maker didn't work, so trips to the ice macine were in order. The room was not refreshed, had to ask for clean towels. The care of the customer does not measure up to the time before Covid.
