The food options were the basic things you find at a hotel. The room was very nice and clean. The internet worked fast also. Only thing is that the front desk wasn't the nicest and were very arrogant. But, other than that, the stay was nice. And my $100 deposit was never given back to me.

Place was okay. Brought our dog and on hotels.com it said no additional charge for pets but that is not true. It was a $50 deposit and $25 a day. We were not expecting this as we reviewed the terms before we picked this location. It also said it had an off leash place for dogs and they did not. The rooms were also not sound proof. The breakfast was good and the room was clean.

I stayed for two nights and was a bit worried based on past reviews. The hotel while a bit old in places was nice. The staff I dealt with were extremely friendly and helpful. The lounge area and breakfast very nice. I would stay here again.

Needs skilled attention repair

The room we were in 216 had a emergency forced open in the past. The door was forcibly open for a emergency I am guessing. A very poor very visible repair was done that did not allow the dead bolt to operate any more. they told me they would have someone look at it, but this did not occur. the floor around the entrance to room and bathroom had a very poor repair done. There were also cob webs up in the ceiling between the decorative ceiling joists.

We truly enjoyed our stay here. The bed was super comfortable. Our room was very clean at arrival and maids attended to room as requested while we were out. There is a 24 hour gym. Very quiet place to stay couldn’t hear any other guests. Nice cooling air conditioner. Breakfast was great! This place was very clean and well put together, we are already planning another trip and know exactly where we’re going to be staying! We loved this hotel.

The room was quite literally in disrepair, which patch jobs having been done but not re painted and floor boards literally coming up from the floor. The first day my shower towel had dried blood on it. The other days the staff didn’t even clean the room. It’s extremely unsanitary and disappointing, especially for paying for one of the “nicer” rooms. None of that is to mention the incessant stomping and running down the halls at all hours. It was nearly impossible to sleep

Everything was good just the lady at the reception maybe had a bad day (8/6 @ 11:00 pm), extremely serious and not friendly at all. Besides that, the hotel is comfortable.

After booking a 1 night stay, I realized the location was too far and in the opposite direction of my travels. Within less than one hour, I called to cancel and I also called the booking agent (Expedia). The hotel has refused to cancel and give me a refund. The hotel workers have lied and have demonstrated dishonest business practices. Their policies are deceitful. This hotel has the authority to issue a refund, but just wants to get all the money they can. They did not hold a room just for me and turn away other customers, because I cancelled right away. In the USA good businesses are honest and helpful to their customers. The owners of this hotel are dishonest, selfish and un-American.
