A bit noisy from outside traffic. Biggest problem was when I arrived I learned my credit card was declined. We did still get a room but I wish I would have been notified before arrival. The card was on hold due to a fraud concern. I didn't realize it effected my reservation. A bit embarrassing for me and the desk clerk.

Check-in was awkward. The gentleman seemed preoccupied. As we were checking in he informed us there is an additional $15 fee for the advertised "Free Parking". No explanation, just pay it! The room was spacious and fairly cleen but was not handicap accessible as requested. One of the elevators was broken as well as the only vending machine on the floor. If you can tolerate motorcycles drag racing and thin walls it's all you. Spend a little money and go across the street and visit Sonic for eats, you’ll thank sorself. Knowing it is an Express we didn't have grest expectations. I don't believe we will return.

This hotel charges for parking extra, which was not disclosed by hotels.com and neither in their bill details. Although the hotel checkin will extort $20 per night. So make sure whatever is the deal with parking before you book!!

Staff were very friendly and welcoming. The room was clean and comfortable, and the breakfast offered good options. We also appreciated that the staff allowed us an extra 30 minutes after checkout. The location is excellent, just minutes from Ohio State University and very convenient for driving around.

Hotel was nice, it was convenient the bed was comfortable, staff were friendly, breakfast was good and the pool was great esp the adult hours. However, I’m a bit disappointed that the hotel wasn’t very clean. Our bedding had stains, the bathroom needing some wiping down, it wasn’t stocked and some things had been left behind from previous guest which would imply the housekeeping aren’t thoroughly cleaning. And they charge to park in the parking lot which is weird.

We were immediately hit with parking fees. Desk staff was rude and disrespectful and knows nothing about hospitality. Management harassed me with unwanted sarcastic texts. I let them know that I would not be using the parking lot for the second night and they told me that I would be issued a refund after the attendant scanned the parking lot for my vehicle. We were not provided with housekeeping even though we requested it upon check in. No apology just scolding from manager via text that I should have requested it which I did. Absolutely atrocious attitudes of manager and front desk personnel. I will be making monthly trips to Columbus for the next four years and I will never stay at this awful place again. There are many places to stay without hidden fees and I will be treated like a guest,not harassed by nasty unprofessional employees

WiFi couldn’t connect, we got locked out of our room for 3 hours because the battery died. But they just kept making me run up to the room to try new keys and come back to the front desk (with my three children) to tell them that key also didn’t work. I went back and forth 5 times before they even offered to check it out. Then they went up and the battery was dead on the door so the key was never the problem. Told us we had to wait on maintenance. Waited a while. Never got an apology or any offer for the inconvenience. They charged $20 for parking. The bath tub literally as soon as we checked in had hair and grime in it. Again, no apology or anything. The breakfast buffet consisted of two hot items, the rest was cereal and muffins. Overall just not a good stay. Paid $700 for two nights.

The breakfast was good, but when I made the reservation didn’t say anything about a parking fee and that was the main reason I choose that hotel and when I got there I had to pay an $80 parking fee 💀
