They were very rude no house no hospitality whatsoever if the breakfast is free why did it say 995 for the breakfast I will never stay there ever again it was a horrible stay the parking was terrible barely found the parking space the room smelled it real close then I had to go get some air freshener it was a lot of racial profile I wanted to take some breakfast to go and I was told that the waitress couldn't give us to go box but this lady you was sitting there eating and she didn't eat all her food and I heard her say you want me to get you a good to go box like that wasn't right if you going to do one thing for one person you need to do it for all was just a terrible weekend stay I understand the kids was there was soccer tournaments but they was very noisy the pool I couldn't swim cuz it was cold I had the doors open I just wasn't a happy yes and they was rude they was then I have no hospitality at all I will never book or stay there ever again

The lobby was fine, but the hallways and room were dirty. The carpets were very stained and dirty looking. The mini fridge in my room was very dirty. The curtains and chair in the room were dirty as well. This was far below Hilton standards, it felt more like a cheap long-term stay hotel.

Hotel was nice and clean overall. Really close to the airport which is a plus. The only problem I had was my family and I intended on leaving our car parked at the hotel while going on vacation. The hotel does not allow you to leave your vehicle there so you have to find parking elsewhere if you plan on leaving it while going on vacation.
