Don't stay here

When we arrived they had no keys, locked in the office. Room was dirty, bed was broke, and stuffy. Very dusty. Couldn't breathe. Asked for a diff room that one has a pill under the bed. They only comp one night and my son could of picked that up. Should of been free and that was too much. Staff was nice. One girl seemed stressed bc of all the complaints. Hallways was dirty. Bedsheets burned my arms. Didn't sleep for 2 days and still waiting on my refund been a week ... Also was a straw under our bed ... We were room 348 328 had the pill. If you stay check everywhere ...

Overall condition was poor of the facility. Curtains in the room had some mysterious brown stain, ac unit grates were busted out, lamp near tv switch and bulb were hanging from the lamp(i put nack together to be able to use since the room lighting was so lacking), closet area almost unusable, partial wall in closet area broken loose and damaged, sink drain was extremely slow and the sink would fill while washing hands or rinsing toothbrush, shower curtain would not stay closed and caused water to end up all over bathroom floor, walls were one of the thinest ice dealt with in a motel in 30 years and was woken up a 1:30am by people simply talking in next room, only 2 towels in room for 4 people and none were available when requested 2 different times (we were eventually given 2 of the small ones meant for the floor for the other 2 people in our room). Plus was the shower did have good pressure and stayed warm.

Average property, can't beat the price for an overnight stay, large room, comfortable bed, and easy access to highway. Unsure about the precheck in. Completed prior to arrival but still had to fill out a registration form for everything I provided at precheck in. Check in wasn't any faster having to do both.

Cleaning crew was awful. Entered room with Do Not Disturb; hardly cleaned anything. Next day they took most of my belongings and haven't returned them. Considering the cost of my belongings, I could have stayed at a much nicer place for less.

It’s okay. Coffee makers don’t work, broken door on cabinet, water leaks in shower and all mentioned to hotel, no breakfast that was reported but it was no buffet the whole week until that Saturday and Sunday because it was Valentine’s Day weekend and they so called fixed or replace it and yet I still have to report it ..cause it wasn’t fixed but I liked that the pools were indoor
