It looked great from the outside....decent area. The hall carpet was stained and needed swept. The sheets and pillowcases were all wrinkled...but maybe clean. The bathroom wall had spots and stains that could have wiped down. No breakfast Terrible waste of money

A guest near us was loud and woke us up around 2 am so we didn't get much sleep. Beds small, not comfortable.Breakfast is bland. Layout of hotel is confusing. Elevators run at prehistoric speeds.

One of the worst properties I have ever stayed at. The room was dirty, and the shower did not work. Notified the staff, and they did nothing about it. Will never stay again.

Don’t waste your money!

The first smell that hits you when you walk in is chlorine from the pool and it is strong. Carpets are old and threadbare. Room smelled like smoke even though no smoking is allowed. Couple in room next to never quieted down until after 1 a.m. Glad I didn’t pay for breakfast.

Great staff but as others have said this place needs a fix up. Room was clean but dated and overall property was dingy. They still have the banner over the sign that said Double tree and stickers all over inside of anything that had the same. First floor smelled as if they are working on updating but upper floors are not done up.
