Overall a good stay…two things: 1. TV didn’t work properly on the second day, had to have maintenance come into our room, disturbing our privacy. 2. We asked for a late check out but were disturbed multiple times prior to the check out time.

The facilities at this property are nice, but things are already showing age/wear. Further, we had a very unfortunate experience when trying to use the pool. There was a group who were vaping, cursing and being very disorderly. This behavior was reported to the front desk, and little was done except that a maintenance employee came through and did a quick look. The group clearly were not guests, yet no proof of being a guest was requested. The whole experience was disappointing, and very unbecoming of a hotel like Aloft. Do Better!

We felt safe and comfortable, but the cleanliness was an issue. Our towels were dirty and we had to request clean ones, but it was a challenge to reach staff. Additionally, only half of the outlets in our room seemed to work, despite having turned on the master switch.

Nice Weekend Stay

Room was nice and staff was friendly and helpful. Generally do not like beds without box springs, so sleeping was little uneasy. Not fan of rain shower type showers with heads that are not moveable and provide less pressure than I would prefer. Otherwise, good stay.

Worth the money!

Very nice clean hotel with very friendly staff, dayshift and night shift. Great fun vibe energy when you walk in front doors. Room was clean. But the shower tile and seat was broke and hanging off the wall.

When I made the reservation there was an option to add breakfast for one for only $5. However the hotel not only said that I didn’t have that booked but that a breakfast option didn’t exist. The staff member acted very strangely about it, and the amount of my stay that has been memo posted to my acct is $5 higher than the receipt for my stay that the hotel gave me, so we’ll see if I need to dispute that once the hard charge comes through. Also the rooms are Very small. No closet except for the closet the toilet is in. Shower has clear doors and is viewable to rest of room. Only olace to hang clothes is clothing rack bolted into the floor right inside the front door. No desk but there is a small table. Hairdryer powerful and is really good, and TV was big.

We had a few issues with our room that did not get resolved. The ac was leaking water on the floor. The main issue was the bathroom door was awful. It made a horrible sound like scratching a chalkboard every time you opened or closed it. We reported it and they sent a guy to fix it. Unfortunately he had no idea what he was doing and was trying to work on our toilet. I corrected him but he said he could not fix the door so we had to deal with it.
