Best Beds EVER!

We booked this room online for a quick one night stop during a cross country trip in late June. The area was extremely quiet. We arrived around midnight and the clerk was wide awake and ready for reception. The check in was quick and we received an unexpected upgrade. The room was VERY clean, but it was hot and smelled a little musty. We had full control of the AC, so after about two hours of full 60° push, the room cooled off. The black out curtains were awesome and beds were the best I have ever slept on, so much so, that we over slept. We left before breakfast, so I can’t comment on that, but we will be staying here on our way back. The price of the room was also the best/cheapest for the area and for the quality of the property and the room

The hallway carpet is so gross. Around each door it looks like pepto has been spilled on it. It has a weird pink color. During my stay someone had tried to open my door. Luckily, I had the deadbolt locked to prevent that. About 10 minutes later the front desk called to ask me for my name because there had been a mix-up with room keys. The phone also rang just one ring really late at night and again at 7:30am. It woke me up. One of the worst stays of anywhere I've been.

Love staying here, however we had thermostat problems. The thermostat didn't respond to me but the front desk was able to set at 70 degrees for me. Came back from dinner to a room at 65 degrees.

Breakfast was good, staff was nice, but unfortunately the thing I will remember most about this trip were the awful beds. This was the worst sleep I have had in years. Everything was good about this stay but the beds, they were so uncomfortable that none of us could sleep.
