Parking with attitude

Lots of attitude at the front desk. I asked about a fee that was charged to my credit card and was told it was for parking. I explained that I self parked and was told there is nothing you can do about it that’s the fee. I said I am not paying it and got her to get the manager. The manager came out and immediately removed the charge. While removing the charge the person that told me she couldn’t do anything was arguing with the manager. In the end the manager removed the charge and I saved $5 by not agreeing to pay a fee that I never agreed to pay the hotel. This was my second time at this hotel this year. I do not think there will be a third.

Comfortable, but needs some maintenance

Location is close to the Koger Center, the room was spacious and quiet and checkin was quick. However, our bathroom had plaster falling down from the ceiling, covering the bathtub, etc., in a layer of white dust
