Property is visibly grungy with a funky smell. Pool is dirty. Was given two rooms that weren't cleaned before I canceled our booking. Staffer was very understanding and shared my frustration.

The room reaked of Fabuloso pine cleaner! The tv didn’t work and the telephone didn’t work! The breakfast wasn’t that great, and the person put away the breakfast 20 minutes to early!
