Clean rooms clean stoves and a comfortable bed and the staff are all amazing I forgot the two ladies names one has red hair and she is super amazing friendly knows her stuff. The other young lady has kittens and super personable. Now the funny part I was grabbing my stuff and the manager goes oh you can't take that up there they can come down and get it. I laughed I said I am staying here and omg it was so funny. What an amazing manager here. I like the fact that this manager takes safety and security very serious because I qlways feel safe here and I always feel like I belong so thank you

I really enjoy the front desk staff here. I stay here because the moment I walk in the door to check in there is a smiley faces at the front desk. Then I always have a great conversation with the front desk. I learned something new about one of the front desk gals and we talked about her cat babies and her being a cat mama and we are proud parents of our fur baby as well. So thank you all for making us always feel as if you were just another family member and always making us want to return.

The staff is welcoming and the rooms are not bad. The view is awesome to look out and see the mountains. The only bad is the courtesy of noise after hours especially people that walk HARD. It is annoying as the sounds start early morning hours and then last for 2 hours.

The staff at this hotel were incredibly friendly and helpful for local tips. The area around hotel has a PLETHORA of dining options. What I found odd was that they are an extended stay hotel that offers no plates, glasses, cookingware, or coffee maker. There are no extra amenities which wasn't a big deal for us but I could see why others may prefer to choose a hotel with a pool or complimentary breakfast. The cleanliness of our room left something to be desired. There were leftover incense sticks in the shower from a prior stay. There was a mysterious red droplet on the ground near the bathroom sink (blood?). And when i shifted the sheets in my sleep i awoke to find the mattress protector looking rather stained/dirtied. Overall an acceptable place to stay but I may look for other accommodations on a future visit to Colorado Springs.

It has all the stuff it days EXCEPT what they dont tell you is you jave to buy pans, cutlery, etc to utilize what they jave. Other extended stays I've been to supplied at least limited, pand, dishes, glasses, etc. It was vwey frustrating as if we'd known we could have brought those items.

This hotel seems fairly new and is clean, but the atmosphere is definitely off! Upon check-in I was charged a $7 fee for something that wasn't a tax, but couldn't be explained. As I was given the details of the property I was told "we do not offer refunds" and "if there is excess noise call, we can't do anything the next morning". I thought this was weird.. but I didn't pay too much attention. When I walked to my room, there were men at each end of the hall just sitting on the floor, I could hear Spanish music blaring from another room and there were muddy boots sitting in the hallway near my room which all made me uneasy. The room was clean, but very small. I soon learned the walls were paper thin!! The room behind my bed had some love birds, or at least I hope it was love, which I could hear quite clearly!! When I turned up my TV to drown out the sounds, the room on the other side began banging on the wall to let me know it was too loud for them. The people above thumped around all night, I thought they would fall through the ceiling any minute!! Plus I could hear snoring all night, I guess the love birds were tired out! Not sure what the clerk would have done about this excess noise, so I didn't report it. Needless to say, I barely slept a wink and was terribly uncomfortable! I was planning to stay 5 nights, I left as soon as the sun came up and I didn't even care that I lost my money! There was no way I was staying there another night!!

Great place to stay at a great price!

Great hotel! Very friendly and helpful staff. Wonderful room with in room kitchen. You need to bring all supplies you will need for cooking if you desire to do so. Otherwise fridge was great for keeping leftovers from yummy local restaurants. Super quiet and best of all great price for 3 night stay!!!
