Awesome place to stay in Colorado Springs. Just a block away from downtown, 5-10 minutes from Old Colorado City shopping, less than 15 from Manitou Springs AND the mountain views are unmatched. Staff was very friendly and parking was easy.

Check in was easy. Valet was super friendly and knowledgeable about property and answered any questions. Hotel was clean. Inside hot tub was out of order but everything else was working well. Gym has a great variety - especially for leg day!! Located close to shopping and restaurants- definitely recommend trying Skirted Heifer!!!

Solid but unspectacular place to stay

My first stay here. Overall it was a good stay. Staff was very friendly! Older hotel that is starting to look a little run down. Has alot of appeal in that way but details of cleanliness could be better. Valet was very good! Restuarant on site was solid, but had a very bad burger one night.

Very understaffed limiting cleanliness of room, pool and amenities/services. No room service or vending machine. Also, limited gift shop hours so you need to bring your own snacks, etc. After check-in, we entered our room and surprised a worker (not maintenance) who quickly flushed the toilet but said he was working on window shades. Strange because he had no tools, rushed and didn’t introduce himself. Sketchy feel and could have felt more unsafe if I had not been with my family. You get what you pay so set expectations low.

We had an event at St. Mary's Cathedral, and the hotel was perfectly located for walking there - so convenient. The bed and room were great and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Also had a delightful breakfast there.

Staff was great hotel sucks. Very outdated like from the 80s. Came back from dinner and there were 15 moths in the room and the AC was broken blowing out hot 90 degree air. Staff was helpful but we had to leave and had a hotel nightmare trying to find a hotel at midnight.

Welcoming staff. I had my dog in tow so we were happy to see the dog area behind the hotel. Perfect for pups! Dining options were all within walking distance. Hotel was comfortable for our short stay.

Great Value

Rooms need serious updating. Shower was extremely small and tiles on the shower floor are missing substantially. For the price, it was a budget friendly option in downtown Colorado Springs. Positive, friendly staff. Would stay there again, just needs some polishing.

The lobby was very nice. The rooms need to be maintained better for being supposedly a very nice hotel. The room temperature was extremely hot and the air conditioner wasn’t working the next day. We got a different room and the same thing happened. It worked for a little bit and then quit, and it was very hot and muggy in the room. However, it did have the best shower pressure of any shower I’ve ever had.

Average stay but beware of extra charges

The room its self was fine. There were small details regarding condition like small separation in the bathroom walls. They offered breakfast but it was part of the restaurant and was not included. The pool was small and the arcade had only a few games that functioned properly. They did not offer complementary parking either. The biggest issue i had was that they charged an extra 405 dollars to my card without my knowledge and i’m still currently fighting that charge. None of the staff could explain why i was charged extra or provide me a receipt.
