Very surprised - in the best way!

I had never stayed at this hotel, but selected it because of the pool for my grandkids. It was the perfect pool for them, but the rest of the experience was just as wonderful. The room was very large, quiet, and had a beautiful view of the mountains. The breakfast buffet wasn't a standard hotel buffet, but rather an excellent breakfast with plenty of options for adults and kids alike. We ate one supper at the hotel's restaurant, and it was quite good. Every interaction with staff from manager to housekeeping was positive. This stay has won me over and I will definitely stay next time I visit Colorado Springs.

Staff was amazing. Hotel is older but well kept. Stayed on 1st floor and heard every step above me (children up there never slept lol), staff did offer to change my room. Not much around but near airport so very convenient. The food at the restaurant wasn't very good, but across is the airplane hotel and food was better.

I wouldn’t recommend stayin he here , you might as well stay at a motel . It was an absolute mess and nightmare … thankfully the staff was sweet but it doesn’t help with how dirty and nasty the hotel and rooms are .
We got switched rooms because the first room was dirty to just be loved to even more dirty room .
