Not what I expected from a 4.5 star hotel…

Bedding was terrible; the beds were very firm and the pillows were extremely uncomfortable. None of us slept well during our stay. A fuse/breaker popped on the second morning we were there; it took 30 minutes for a simple fix. Housekeeping services were abhorrent. The shampoo/conditioner was empty upon our arrival. The bathroom walls were dirty and the shower was obviously not wiped down before our arrival or at any time during our three day stay. On day two of our stay, there was a large amount of long black hair on the bathroom floor; I am bald and my wife and children are blond. Our towels that were placed on the floor to be cleaned were simply folded up wet and replaced for us to use again. When asked for the coffee supplies to be restocked, the housekeeper wrote a note that the hotel was out of the coffee I had been using, but she also failed to restock any of the other basic supplies like sugar. It was definitely not the experience we expected. We will not return or recommend to others

We had a fabulous stay at Polaris Hotel. The staff was wonderful and honored our anniversary with a complimentary fruit tray! It was a wonderful touch after my husband’s afternoon at Ascend Spa. He came back refreshed and looking 10 years younger after his Salt stone massage and Upglow facial. We look forward to coming back and spending more time at the hotel, spa and dining!! Loved all of it! But especially the gorgeous mountain views!!
