Everything about the hotel itself was great. The building is very new and nice. The staff was welcoming. My only problem is the main entrance to the parking lot has a deep dip. Only vehicles higher off the ground than a standard sedan can enter without scraping the ground.

The hotel was clearly new. It was clean, and the room was comfortable. The front desk staff was very friendly. You’ll need a car, as there wasn’t much around other than schools and a grocery store, but it was a nice area. Being an extended stay, they didn’t have some amenities like a hair dryer or toiletries (besides a small bottle of shampoo), but I think you could request this from the front desk. Overall, it was a pleasant stay.

It was nice for a quick stay, they opened recently. The room doors don’t have slow closing hinges, so you hear them slamming shut all night/morning. They also need a mirror in the room besides just the bathroom, so you can get ready while someone else is showering/ using the restroom. Overall nice stay though.

Check out and refund policies are garbage!

This place is awesome if you’re in the area. However, the reason I gave my star rating is due to their refund policy. I was originally planning on staying two days however logistics require me to be somewhere else after the first day I was told because I booked through Hotels.com or via their app, I was not able to cancel my reservation even though I was not staying at the hotel and was going to check out early. Essentially in order for me to leave, I would essentially be giving up a days worth of hotel expenses rather than just letting me check out and refunding me the difference. Any Hotel that does this does not care about their customers and therefore you should probably stay far far away. Unless of course you like getting robbed, and then by all means choose this location.

Property breakfast was very limited and sparse. Beds were comfortable. Never used internet. Location was fairly close to airport. Obviously new property. Shower was completely clogged. Staff said no maintenance available so I took the shower head off myself to unclog, it was filled with plumbers putty. Staff were unhelpful and rather distracted. They didn’t seem very interested in helping.
