False advertising and unclean

They advertise amenities they do not have. These are visible on hotels.com and by scanning the QR code in the hotel itself. It’s false advertising. The room was dirty. There was hair in my bathroom sink and the wallpaper was coming off the walls. The beds were hard with flat pillows with stains on the pillowcases. Do NOT stay here.

This Hotel was extremely easy to check in and the staff was very friendly, the gym was super clean and had everything I needed. The room was very comfortable and was squeaky clean. The bathroom had everything and we need for showers from good shampoo and conditioner even had body wash and lotion. We will be staying again!

The room was nice enough inside and out. The front desk gal was nice and check in was smooth. I like the free parking and free breakfast(although we didn’t try it) what I didn’t like was the elevators were a little dirty and the bed was hard as a rock. The water pressure was great l, plenty of channels on the tv, mini fridge

The hotel looked great from the outside. The room was extra small and when I got ready to press my clothes, the ironing board was made for someone about four feet tall. It was too tall to put on any of the tables and too short to use on the floor. The hanging room was not lengthy enough for the clothes to hang properly and when things were hanging on either side of the short hallway, it really looked junky.
