Moved to Motel 6 side and was just the same did not see a difference in the quality of service. No kitchenette but no food to cook when CoCo Loco is AWESOME food!

Cameras ensure safety! I would recommend Studio if you like to cook. Otherwise there is a bbq pit that I offer my cooking if I am here. If not I am out of State! Catch when you can... ask for John, Jess, and that boy Charlie. We ARE making Studio 6 Greater than SnobbyVille!

Studio is the way to go! Full Kitchenette! The staff is amazing and as usual super friendly. I wish the place had breakfast. Can't have exceptional service and free food. My cheap butt can't do better! I would rather have friendly staff than arrogant snobby and "I am Better Than You Vineyard" vibe. 100% cameras and zero tolerance riffraff. The staff is instructed to keep the peace! I endorse that!

It was pretty standard for a $49 a night hotel. It was noisy, rundow and my card key expired ahead of time but it was close to everywhere I wanted to go. I stayed the year before and there were a lot of great restaurants near by!

I spent the night listening to the cops stop an argue over a couple of people and threaten to take someone to jail. I’m lucky my two kids were asleep and didn’t hear it. It lasted a few hours of the night. Otherwise the staff was super friendly when I check in and checked out

I should have done due diligence and viewed the area surrounding the hotel. Thought I had gotten a good deal for two nights as I have previously stayed at an another Motel 6 in the area. I should have gone back there instead. Upon arriving from making a three hour drive was told the room was a non-smoking but when I went in it did not smell like one. Seems like the pictures posted on the site were from several years ago as the room looked like it had been ridden hard and put away wet to be honest. Our room was located in a very sketchy alleyway which we had no choice to move rooms since the place was booked. The only decent thing in the entire room was the bathroom tile. I know you can’t chose the other guests but we were in town for my son’s swim competition. He did not get even a good night’s sleep either night as the other guests were loud past midnight and the second night they were even louder to the point we cops showed up. Do not recommend staying at this location unless you like to sleep with one eye open.

I stay here most of time when I come to Bryan your help was not up to standards as before. The frount desk person on morning shif was not helpful was not respectable the maintance was staring at me when I was loading my car to leave. I asked frount desk if I could check out a hour Late told me I would be charged which night person told me no problem.she has always helped me with no problem with my request. The back court yard was a mess dog waste not picked up for a while maintance should do this daily.My stay this time was not good .when I checked out too leave key frount desk clerk was not there a desk trued to have her come help me did not respond or come help I left key to my room hoping I would not be charged. I called hotel later to make sure I that she got my key to room but not there to answer phone. I would hope you will check in to this needs to improve thank you fred matthews
