Good: nice towels, lines, bed Poor: the phone rang at 6:00 am. We did NOT ask for a wake up call. We were not allowed to check in due to miscommunication between Hotels.com and the hotel. Very upsetting. We were asked to not bring any breakfast back to our room but EVERY table had been obviously used and not cleaned. The TV did not work due to someone shifting the HDMI cords; we figured it out but we thought housekeeping should catch that kind of thing.

Took my boys to a swimming meet at A&M. The property is only 10 min away, very convenient. Lots shops near by. Staff are very friendly. Will definitely consider staying again

We had stayed here before and it was fine. This time there was a coffee cup by the 3rd floor elevator for over 48 hours. And, 2 coke cans on the ledge of the window on the 3rd floor the whole time we were there. Also, we had a leaking sink (we had to put a garbage can under to catch the water). We told the front desk in the morning. It wasn’t fixed when we came back. We told them again and we were told maintenance had left for the day. It’s a plumbing issue on the 3rd floor and they didn’t seem to care. So odd.

Great property for the price. A bit older, but very clean, excellent location, very quite and had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. I was a solo traveler and felt very safe. The bed was very comfortable with lots of pillows and the towels were large and soft. Overall, very pleased with property.

Front desk MIA

No front desk person available when we arrived. Had to wait several minutes. Then we were only assigned ONE room key for both of us to share!!? Front desk person said that is all they allow per room. I've never experienced that before. Also they charge $5 per key for lost keys. Second day also had to wait on empty front desk. Rang bell three times before someone responded to continue waiting. Will not stay here again and would not recommend it.

The staff were very courteous and nice. However they had no blankets for the pull out bed. They only gave us one key card and we could not get a 2nd which was inconvenient.
