The staff were very nice, friendly and helpful. Unfortunately our room’s soap dispenser was empty and the breakfast was lacking in terms of selection.

Staying in room 2, next to the laundry. Washing machine and dryer was noisy until 10pm. I’m unsure if the sheets were changed from the night before due to the bottom sheet being torn.

Afterhours key safe would not unlock - luckily duty manager was still around to retrieve my key for me. Average cleanliness - squashed biscuit or cake on the carpet between the single beds. Locked outside of room at 3am when I went to the vending machine. Had to wake night manager to reset my keycard to allow access back into my room. Very noisy hotel/pub next door with very loud music and screaming (?singing). Damage to carpark/broken beer bottles etc in hotel carpark in the morning. Would have to think twice about staying here again.

This place is in great need of some TLC. My room was nasty. I got up in the middle of the night and saw cockroaches and other tiny bugs. They were everywhere. Didn’t sleep the rest of the night. Couldn’t use the shower.

Easy check in process as it was late at night. The halls smelt of cigarettes and the noise from the night club next door meant that we did not get to sleep till after 2am. Definitely not accessible unless on the first floor, lots of stairs and no lift. The bathroom was unclean, with what looked like mould in the cracks of the wall. No plug near the bedhead meant that I could not plug in my cpap machine. I had someone enter my room in the morning (not sure how they had access to be able to open my door). I do not recommend this hotel.

Ibis did a dantastic job. Wotif suggested an arrival day, 1 day after the day i searched. And didnt make it obvious on the booking, so i paid for a room the day after thr day i needed it. Then when i tried to fix it, i got to pay for 2 nights, when when i only needed 1. So they dudnt fix anything. And they suggest days that dont help.
