It’s an ok hotel

Wasn’t the nicest or cleanest hotel we’ve stayed in. But was ok for the money. Bathrooms could have been cleaner for sure. There was also blaring parking lot lights that made it seem like it was daylight outside your curtains the whole night. Hard to sleep if you’re used to a dark room.

The staff here was excellent and very accommodating! We enjoyed the complimentary cookies,coffee & tea! Lots of breakfast options! The beds were clean & very comfortable! The pool area & hot tub left something to be desired as the floors were not clean and hot tub had pieces cracked off.

This hotel is in great need of an update. The ceilings are stained, carpet worn, and halls are dingy. The first morning we were there the hotel ran out of food. Breakfast is served from 7:00 am to 10:00 am. At 8:30, there was nothing left but cold cereal and waffle mix. One of the two waffle machines were not working, so there were 11 people standing in line to use one waffle iron. The front desk stated they were waiting on a food delivery, but to tell guests to wait maybe another 30-45 minutes to hopefully have the truck arrive is not acceptable. There needs to be better planning on their end for their guests.

We stayed last June 2025. The property is quite old but clean and has fridge and microwave inside the room which very helpful for my insulin. The only thing we don’t like was the space for breakfast was small and no space to sit and no enough food. But otherwise, our stay was very good.

Front desk was not very friendly. Ran out of food for complimentary breakfast. To top it off I go to my car the next day and my car completely covered in dry water marks. Took it to the car wash and still there. A problem that wasn’t even a problem is now a problem. Thanks Ramada I will not be going back to you guys!

The stay was restful and pleasant. I would stay again and would probably choose it over somewhere else. The breakfast was amazing and my kids loved making their own waffles. The pool hours were great also. I really enjoyed how comfortable the beds were and that there were three queens in the room!

Over priced, should rate a 1 to 1.5 star motel.

Was given a hotel room where the shower had cracked walls with patches and mold. The hot tub jets were broken, while they worked they blew water up so high it hit people in their faces. Rooms were very warm. Breakfast was hit and miss. Lacked a lot to be desired. Popcorn machine was nice Room 219

Some good, mostly not good

Stayed here to be close to Silverwood, while I will say the beds were very comfortable and the towels were nice, that was about the only good parts. The bathroom fan was like a helicopter and the fan from the room below made our floor vibrate. It looks like they tried to update by slapping some paint on. But the baseboards were falling off, the hairdryer caught fire and one cabinet would not stay closed. Our sink barely drained, as you could hear it through the pipe, and the toilet wouldn’t stop running. We found leftover remnants from previous visitors which makes me question the cleanliness of the room. The elevator looked like it was incredibly dirty and the button on the wall for the elevator had been repaired but not well. It seems they have started to do some upgrades but they really need to fix the walls, piping issues and overall look. It seems as though a handyman has patched things up and not very well. Also, there weren’t very good curtains so the lights from the used car lot and sunshine came in very bright.

The main reason we stayed here was the price. We wanted a decent hotel with a free breakfast. The location is good, but all these hotels are roughly in the same area. The hotel is kind of hidden. It has a small sign and is located behind a closed down IHOP (which was unfortunate, it would have been nice to have an onsite food option) and the entrance to the parking lot is easy to miss. We actually drove past it and and had to turn around. The breakfast was good two of the three mornings. The first morning the breakfast was out of a lot of things but there was still enough to get something to eat. The pool and hot tub were alright, we only used them one night. The room was labeled a "King Suite" but it felt like a standard king room. It didn't seem any bigger. There was a single king bed, a small couch (that was kind of dirty) and a desk area with a chair. No room safe or coffee table and the wall mounted tv was super crooked. The bathroom was ok but it definitely needed a little work. The light over the sink had three bulbs, one of which was burnt out. Stuff like that annoys me. I'm not expecting a 5 star experience but at least do the little things like straightening out the tv or replacing a light bulb. Our friends stayed here as well and their room needed work too. The staff was very helpful and friendly. Overall, if you're like us and needing a place to sleep and shower, with a free breakfast to fuel up before a long day at Silverwood this place will do the job.

The front door was bent or something and made a horrible squealing noise when opened. The place looks dumpy but is ok on the inside. The staff was great. They put out warm chocolate chip cookies which was great. Breakfast doesn’t start until 7 so not a perk for those of us that are gone by then.
