We had to wait about half an hour past the 3pm check-in time because the room wasn't ready. I had to clean the tub before I got in because there was some type of bath oil residue left there from the last person who used it. The cleaning staff seemed to be short handed and just recovering from a very busy weekend. Even though, just because we arrived on a Monday doesn't mean we shouldn't expect the same service we would get on a weekend. The "breakfast" was subpar. We are vegans and while we didn't expect anything different than the usual eggs and sausage, a bagel or English muffin would have been nice. Some peanut butter at least. All there was for us to eat was bread and jelly and juice. Luckily, we brought our own food, expecting we wouldn't be eating at the buffet. The pool was nice, but the room smelled musty and moldy. I was disappointed that the windows wouldn't open even a crack for fresh air in our room. It was lovely outdoors, but we had to have the ac on so we wouldn't suffocate. The jetted tub was nice to have, but sounded like a jet taking off. Even the one in the next room. The toilet didn't have a very strong flush and made my husband nervous to use it. We had a bad experience with an overflowing toilet in a different hotel a few years ago. Maybe having a plunger in the room would be a good idea. It would have been nice to have had a comfy chair to sit in and watch TV, but the corner of the room was empty right where a chair should be. I had to wonder why.

Wyndham should be ashamed to have their name associated with this property. Management is not even trying to keep the rooms clean, repaired, or updated. This is an old hotel. All 3 lampshades have yellowed from cigarette smoke and are cracked. There is also pubic hairs on the lamp shades and one of the nightstands. There are fluids that have dried to the nightstand and bathroom sink. There is toothpaste spray on the faucet. There are tiles broken in several locations around the hot tub. The light fixture in the hot tub area is broken, and only one side has a light bulb. All mirrored surfaces including thr TV screen are smeared and need to be cleaned with a glass cleaner. The carbet has not been vacuumed the best I can tell because it is stained as well. The provided landline phone is missing emergency contact info, and is not even hooked up with a cord. Overall, the entire room is not hygienic and could be considered a health hazard. I have not moved furniture, nor used an ultraviolet light to discover what else is lurking in this room. I have photos of all the above. Wyndham should consider having QA/QC visit their managed and franchised properties to ensure quality products for their customers and shareholders. To potential customers, avoid this property.

It needed weeding the grass cut, and a good sweeping, even around the pool. The room floor was filthy when we entered the room! The next day they did put in clean towels and emptied the trash cans, but the FLOOR NEEDES A GOOD VACCUMING that was not done! The staff is EXCELLENT, very nice and friendly. They just need to clean it up!

Absolutely filthy! Beer bottles under the bed. Stains on the pillow. Dust all over the room. Tub had so much grime in it. I stay in hotels every week and this was one of the worst I have stayed in. I would never recommend staying at this place.

Compared to the last 5 weeks we’ve spent on the road, the check in was slow, the place needs to do some repairs, and the cleaning was sub par. It had a mediocre rating and it deserves it. On the plus side, the room was quite large! I would not choose to stay here again.

A/C worked great, Would get the room cold if desired. Bed was comfy. Well lit bath/sink area. Had to fix the toilet handle so it would flush. Wish the sleep button on the TV remote worked.
