The front desk manager was phenomenal, I am forgetful and can’t remember his name but he was so nice and genuinely helpful. We ate at the bar restaurant and used our $20 room credit for being an Expedia silver member towards that. All the staff we encountered were friendly.

The rooms were older, however very clean, my family loves the pool area, and the sand area. The staff was VERY friendly and helpful. We will be staying again at this hotel, we loved it!

Room was very dated. Felt dingy and dirty. There was sticky stuff all over the floor in front of the fridge. Then when my husband was about to get in bed he stepped on cheez its that were all over the floor next to the bed, along with a dirty sock. Our room was also in a very noisy area.

This hotel has a cute lazy river with tubes available. There is a nice breakfast and the beach is just a short walk. There is also a grocery store directly across the street that you can walk to.
