This was a great hotel with the family a wonderful breakfast option. Everything was super clean and everyone was very friendly. They offered a shuttle to the Port Canaveral.

I had to leave a review because I read so many ridiculous complaints in the previous reviews. This place was so good for the price. The fact that they serve breakfast and have a decent restaurant on site means you don’t ever have to leave the property. The free beach, umbrellas and buggy bicycles, etc. were such a treat the pool and lazy river was amazing. The room was updated. The beds were clean and comfortable of course nothing is ever going to be perfect but for the affordable price, this place was amazing. Very impressed and only like a two minute walk to the beach not bad at all and could still see the ocean from the room, even though not technically on the beach. This will definitely be my go to hotel every time I visit Cocoa I didn’t experience any of the negatives mention and other reviews, although everyone’s experience is different mine with my two babies was great.

This property continues to impress, from the amazing staff, good food and cold beer at the Duck Dive, close proximity to the beach, the lazy river and above all else.....clean, not fancy, but clean rooms. You will not be disappointed if you stay here.

The staff was awesome. The exterior rooms are a bit noisy due to street traffic and other people checking in and the curtains don’t block out about light, but it was a cute place and a comfy room.

The location was excellent for families with a lot of children. Lot of things to do in the center area including the pool area and the tubing course that was around the center of the facility. Many kids and families were using that. For families without kids it was a little loud at night with a lot of kids running through the stairwells which was rather noisy at night. It was a little unusual to have a hotel that didn't offer room service when you stayed two or three days. We had to ask for towels and extra coffee but no one came and cleaned the room while we stayed. It was not even an option for that during check-in. We did not eat at the hotel due to the multiple options around the area. Otherwise the staff was friendly, the place was convenient and the price is right.

Great family spot

This is a great place to stay for families. Very nice view of the ocean from back balcony (5th floor near end) We had activities outside the hotel, so we didn’t take advantage of many of the services - did not eat at the restaurant, order room service, or borrow from the lending closet. I love that those things are available! The hotel is not very new. It’s in good condition for its age and how many people stay there. Much of the issues seem to stem from guest use. For instance, there was a little rust on the outside of the tub where it meets the floor, and the back of the bathroom door had some moisture damage. As it is near the beach, salt air is surely a contributing factor, but some guests are not careful to turn on bathroom fans or make sure the shower curtain isn’t letting water out. Housekeeping will come clean when requested, and I only requested trash and toilet paper service twice during our 1 week stay. Front desk staff are all friendly, helpful, and have good recommendations for places to eat. This hotel is within easy walking distance to the beach. There are plenty of places to eat within 1/2 mile of the hotel. It’s convenient to many activities. Pool is lots of fun and very clean. Staff cleans it every morning and checks chemicals. The included breakfast has several hot options. They are tasty and many things to choose from. One minor thing is they serve the same hot options every day. Beachside is well worth the price. We would definitely stay with them again.

Awesome place to stay with a lot to do around.

Our stay was wonderful. The breakfsst was hands down the best breakfast i have ever had. Also we had the option to use bikes, get beach stuff lile chairs and umbrellas, surf boards, boogie boards. The rooms were extra clean and staff wss very nice

We stayed two nights prior to our cruise boarding day. The property is not anywhere near new but absolutely clean as could be. The gentleman that took care of us went above and beyond expectations.And, the pool and bar was a plus too! We will more that likely be back!

It’s was not so great, there was dog food and dog puke under the couch and dog food under the other furniture, we did not have a dog, the lamps were all dusty and I was not impressed, also staff was ringing out towels over the 3rd floor balcony and got us wet, over all would not stay there again, pool was easily 80 degrees and hot like a hot tub

Nice close to the beach friendly staff. Bar food was pricey but just walk across the street to McDonald's for cheaper. Love that they had umbrellas and beach chairs to rent.
