Reserved two rooms. Arrived had to wait at the front desk for a while because reception was in the laundry room and couldn't hear anybody at the front. Receptionist was very nice and apologetic though. I didn't have any room for next to each other which was an inconvenience but oh well that's life. The first room we got was fine our second room was a nightmare. First of all the door was broken so we couldn't enter receptionist checked with her master key and indeed the door wouldn't open so they gave us another room. That room stunk to high heaven of nasty seawater and fish I swear somebody had been cleaning what they caught that day in the hotel room. Third room first thing we noticed was roaches, not palmetto bugs but cockroaches. After killing the seventh one we got another room. Our fourth room the door opened, it didn't smell and there were no bugs so we were able to stay the night. I guess it's really hit or miss as to what room you get as for it being acceptable for a motel 6. It's motel 6 after all so you can't expect a lot but I think you can expect for it not to be infested or stink.

I had to leave the same night because the moisture in the room was horrible and extreme. As soon as you go inside the dense air hits you and my throat was extremely sore within the first hour. There is no ventilation and moldy. I suffer from allergies and I had to leave

The room was terrible. The AC was not cooling. When asked if I could change rooms the attendant at the desk said she didn't have anything available because I made the reservation on line.

When we went into our room, there was water seeping out from the floor. Very unsanitary and safe. They transferred us to another room which had a heavy mold smell. The room was not cleaned and the door in the bathroom was broken and ripped. There were stains on all of the walls and floors. Very unpleasant experience.

Couple fighting all night.cops got called,big hole in the wall.fridge didn't get cold.brokin glass on the floor.sink didnt drain.door key didnt work on 2nd day any nobody was in the office for about a hour!worst hotel stay ever!and i have to pay for that horrible experience .its one of the cheapest rooms in cocoa and stool not worth it! !!!

what you say in the pictures, it’s not what you see when you get there! Not being from Fla Fla and trying to find somewhere to stay for literally just a night. This was the worst decision I could’ve made. it was unsafe, I saw people gathering around my window! Eventually, they had to move me to a upper level floor because of how many people kept coming past my windows doing drugs in front of my window.

Cheap and centrally located.

All my husband and I needed was a bed and a shower and that is exactly what we got. The room itself was very neat however I think the floors could have been mopped much better. The grounds and the pool area very neat and well-kept. The promotion for this motel states that has a coffee bar in the office - it does not. It does however provide a carafe of hot coffee with creamer and sugar. Public access to the beach is about a block away in walking distance. My husband and I were fortunate enough to see the Falcon 9 launch. If you're looking for something bare bones, centrally located and relatively inexpensive compared to the other places to stay in this area, this is the place for you.

When we arrived and went to the room, it had water puddles on the floor in a few spots. Asked for another room, that one had water puddle as well, asked for towels to clean up water, was given enough towels.

Will never stay again. It was so nasty. We had 4 people so we got the room with 2 beds. Only 1 pillow per bed. Only 2 towels and 1 wash rag for 4 people. Couldn't get any pillows, rags or towels from the office.

Room was an inexpensive place for an over night stay. Room was ok. Bed bad. Area great for walkability. Waffle house, DQ, Taco Bell and more right next door or across the street. Was some characters living at the hotel. But did not bother us. Felt safe. 1 block to a beautiful beach access. But the one down fall to the stay was. I was telling front desk that I needed to schedule ahead an uber for morning. To board a cruise. She told me Uber does not go onto the port. You have to walk a mile. She handed me a business card of a guy to take us on port. He was arrogant. Loud. Bad driver. And took us for $45 plus tip. Uber and Lyft can go on port. And would of cost us half that!! Was scammed! Beware!
