The front desk was very pleasant and hospitable but unfortunately she works for a company that doesn't put any money back in their business. I slept in my clothes, layed another shirt over my pillow bc I didn't want my face to touch the pillow. I'm not expecting a 4 star at $100 a night but this was highway robbery.

The mattresses in 3 different rooms were atrocious. Cable doesnt work in every room. Not all rooms come with working lights. I rented 2 rooms for 5 days, but had problems with the 1rst 2. It took about 4hrs to get it fixed and situated. The staff were very nice and helpful through it tho and kept it from me just leaving the 1rst night.

We arrived late, around 11:40 pm, no one at desk to check us in. Went to grab some drinks and snacks, got back around 12:30am. No one at front desk. Waited at front door for 5 minutes. Left and found another hotel. Never got a refund!!

I’m not picky and we were only staying overnight before our cruise. I didn’t expect much at all. The property needs a lot of work inside including new bedding. The room smelled horribly mildewed and we needed air freshener. The girl at the desk was nice enough to give me a bottle that was for the front desk. We used it all and then Went and bought another one because it was pretty bad in there. Everything was super damp and humid. The AC worked great and we froze all night given the lack of bedding lol. I never sleep with the provided blankets because they dont get washed very often. We covered up with extra towels. The shower leaked and dripped all night long. Didn’t even use the shower. The toilet was a bit wobbly and I was afraid we would tip it. Overall the location was great and walkable to lots of places. The girl at the front desk was very nice and accommodating so I appreciated that. Like I said I’m not hard to please and wasn’t expecting a 3 star motel. Just a bed and bathroom. So if you are easy like me you just roll with the punches. If you want better than decent accommodations this is NOT for you. This worked just fine for my needs. Have low expectation and you will be fine.

God and bad

The room was very clean. The bed mattress not good. It has wires and is very uncomfortable. The outside was very dirty, the trash area and the stairs.

My room wasn’t ready when I showed up and was told they would give me a call when it was. This was fine cuz it gave us time to look around and see where the best places to go were. Never got a call back so we just went back and barely got a room even though I booked it online. When we did get in our room the sheets had foot print stains on them and the comforter had some kind of stain on it too. We stayed 4 nights and never did they come to change out our towels or anything. Each day we came back to the room the keycard didn’t work and had to be reprogrammed. So I doubt I’ll stay here again

I was on the 2nd floor. The hallway was full of garbage, the scent was not good. The room was spacious, however it need to be painted and there was obvious repairs that was needed, example the baseboard was coming apart. In addition the room needs to be exterminated more often. I did like the fact that the room was spacious and the closet was a walk in closet and offer lot of space to hang up your clothes. The little encounter I had with the staff was great. Very nice people and willing to assist you. Thank you again to the young man who helped me with getting my luggage to the 2nd floor.
