When I asked how much the deposit fee was you think they would’ve told me about the resort fee after asking for late checkout when I was checking in they try to give me a $20 bill for late checkout. To be honest, I don’t know if I was just giving away money to the staff or if I was actually paying fees the facility is good. Nice and clean just disappointing with the communication with the staff nickel and dimming

When you book a room and pay more for it you should get what you pay for. I was denied service at the room of choice and put into a cheaper room due to having a prescribed service dog they were rude and charged me a fee I will be filing a complaint with the ADA

We stayed overnight before a cruise. It was okay for an overnight but I wouldn’t stay for a longer stay because it was a little rundown. The staff was great though which made it better.

Friendly staff. Good location.

Booked this hotel for a large family (5 rooms) for before a cruise. The staff were fantastic at check in and for any questions we had. Very convenient for a pre-cruise stay. Tried the on-site bar/restaurant for dinner. It was typical bar food, staff in restaurant were also great. Pickle chips were great! Included breakfast had something for everyone. Family had fun in the pool. Its very close to the beach and other amenities. Would stay for a night post/pre cruise, but would book elsewhere for an extended stay. This is obviously a very busy/high turn over hotel and the rooms showed it. We borrowed a pack and play for our baby and should have brought our own.

Beautiful remodelled rooms with great artefacts from the space race era Clean room beach over road Bar was brilliant nice pool good breakfast Only downside woman on check in was rude obnoxious and rude really nasty But most other staff especially the girl on morning checkout was lovely Really good stay thank you la quinta
