1) On check-in we were assigned a room that was already occupied with 2 large aggressive dogs. imagine our surprise when we opened the door. 2) See photo of huge cockroach in our room. 3) There is no feeling like standing in a puddle of water as you shower because the drain is partially clogged. 4) As I booked on Expedia, I had to pay over $100 to change the reservation by 1 day, not 24 hours after the original reservation. 5) Total cost for 1 night in a roach infested hotel $283.35

Long Weekend Vaca

Had a long weekend vaca with my family (wife and 2 kids) and must say I was EXTREMELY satisfied with the overall results of our stay! The staff members were extremely friendly and made us feel welcomed, the room was clean, breakfast was tasty and the location for the cost could not be beat! (across the street from the beach!) The pool was also very clean! Safe to say I will be returning!!! :)

It’s love bug season. We had quite a few dead bugs in our rooms when we checked in. Called the front desk and someone came immediately to sweep them up. No issues with them on our second night. Great service to take care of that.

Bugs were terrible. Could use exterminator/spraying as the mating bugs were LITERALLY everywhere. Other places in town were controlled. Our sheets had stains on them. Limited garbage in room, unpleasant staff during check in (5pm time frame), breakfast is what I would expect someone without taste buds would enjoy... The temperature was difficult to control and would shut off through the night. Bathroom vent would rattle when you turn it on, and anytime someone used it for #2 the room would smell like we vacationed in a porta potty. Room 201.

Nice place to stay before a cruise , staff was very helpful and friendly . I do recommend getting some type of curtain for privacy when coming out of the shower there at the sink area so you have more room to get dressed if you have others in the room . Pool area is very nice and clean .
