The 1st room was filthy. Blood stains in the sheets and the matress was full of stains. The second room was even worse. The stains covered all the matress. I've never seen anything like that before. Never again. We left the hotel and checked out that same night.

Always a good stay

We’ve stayed here almost every time we’ve dropped off or picked up our son from Case Western and it’s always a great stay. Free parking, free breakfast. Will continue to stay here.

The hotel had an excellent design to it. The rooms were both stylish and pragmatic, and the lobby was very comfortable, open and inviting. The staff was pleasant and helpful, and the breakfast was very good. It is also located just minutes from a lot of local attractions. I'd definitely stay here again.

The staff was very welcoming and friendly upon arrival. The facility was bright and clean. The rooms were stocked with necessities and very clean and modern. I just didn’t like the fact that I drove from 3 hours away and when I got there at check in time and they didn’t have any rooms so I had to wait a bit longer. Then they had nothing in their food area because they didn’t have anything.
