The hotel has a free shuttle that took us to Cleveland clinic and hotel allowed us to leave our vehicle in their parking lot. They came back and got us after our appt. It was wonderful. We were not familiar with the clinic campuses so it helped immensely.

The staff was uniformly friendly, courteous and helpful, from Alicia who checked me in at night, to the gentleman (sorry I did not catch your name) who checked me out in the morning, to the waitress in the restaurant, and to the driver who took me to Cleveland Clinic using the hotel's free shuttle service. This is the most reasonable of all the hotels near the Clinic. It's not super fancy, but the staff made the difference for me.

The breakfast “basic” from the kitchen needs to be reviewed and changed. Simple eggs over easy presents a challenge to the current chef and speaks volumes about the cleanliness of some of the kitchen utensils. My breakfast was very very substandard, almost embarrassing for a Double Tree.
