This hotel is sadly in need of updates. It is worn out, but it was also just not well cleaned. The kitchen ceilings were stained with food, the bedding and carpeting were stained, there was a dirty bandage on the door frame of our bathroom, and the tub was unclean. They also gave away our room before we arrived at 5 pm. They did end up giving us two smaller rooms across the hall from each other. The hotel lobby and breakfast were updated and clean.

Short People

Hotel is in an older building. Bathroom is tiny. Toilet paper holder is six inches off the floor. Room doorknobs are 24” off the floor. It felt like the amenities were designed for four foot tall people. Location was perfect for walking to Hall of Fame and baseball park.

Great weekend stay

The location to the Progressive Field was great! We came to see MLB game and to go to Rock and Roll Hall of Fame. Breakfast was good and rooms were clean. Building is old and beautiful so there were some things that could be updated but we would stay there again.

Huge room with small run down bathroom

The room was large and had enough space for our family. However, the pull out mattress was so beat up you couldn't sleep on it. I had to put the couch cushions under it just for us to use it. The bathroom was terrible! It was so small and run down and the sink was outside the toilet and shower. So you'd have to touch the door handle after going before you could wash your hands! We didn't have enough towels for all of us so I called to ask them to bring more. Housekeeping didn't come at all unless I called to have them come take our garbage and bring more towels.

Yucky bathroom

The tub has stains on the floor and needs to be reglazed. Instead, a huge peeling sticker was placed over it. Mold was forming in the caulk around the tub. The wallpaper surrounding the sink was peeling.

The area is dirty and this has nothing to do with the hotel but there are a lot of homeless in the street and suspicious characters plus there was a mouse in our room
