NOT Clean Floors/Carpet needs Vacuum and clean. The Trash Cans on the main floor where Continental Breakfast is held needs to be wiped. The Covers on the Bed had some spots and should have not been placed on the beds. We have to do better.

When i got there, they couldn't find my reservation. They had my name spelled wrong. The young lady that was at the desk was very helpful and courteous. She helped with calling hotels. Com and got the reservation number and got everything straighten out. The hospitality industry needs more young ladies like her. I believe that her name was Asia.

Easy access to parking and community around area is quiet .My biggest complaint is the hotel needs renovations badly and that leadership does not seem like they are in a hurry to correct. They put us in a room where the bathroom door would barely close and someone had put tape on top of the door where it would stick . I did tell them from response it seemed like they obviously knew. I had driven 12 hours so did not feel like moving. Also my carpet was pulled up on a lot of areas that could have been a safety issue if I was elderly. Also in hallway there was trim comin off some areas

The rooms are not what you see on the website, personally I think they are over price, my room was suppose to be a full bed and a sofa bed, the sofa had horrible stains and the mattress was hello and disgusting, one can feel the springs if you lay on it. Fortunately one of the managers gave me another room for free were I was able to at least get some rest but I don’t think I’ll be coming here again
