The property is good to stay if you just need a quick nights rest. It’s affordable. The area outside was clean and plenty of free parking. The room was a regular size room. No iron or ironing board or hairdryer which is usually in all of the rooms I’ve stayed in. The bathroom door towards the bottom had a few splashes of blood. The pillows were old and had no fluffiness to them. The sheets didn’t smell like super fresh & clean. The location was quiet and smoke free and that is a plus. I rate 3/5

A Disaster in Westlake

A disaster after check-in. Stayed here in the past and never experienced these: poorly-groomed landscaping, uninviting lobby, damaged entry door, LOUD air conditioner, dirty floors, stained drapery, stained/dirty bedding, burnt-out lightbulbs, no extra towels, toilet paper...need I go on?

My room was supposed to be a smoke free room and smelled exactly like cigarettes. I noticed on my day of checkout that the cleaning person was smoking outside of the rooms. Also, I feel that I would have felt safer with a room closer to front of hotel vs back of hotel. No information was given to me about the tree work being done on sight of property. This did not cause any damage but additional people were around the area as a result of this activity. Would not recommend anyone for a stay here personally.

I booked 2 rooms under my name and when i got here they tried to tell me i couldnt have them together. After going back and forth for 10 min he gives me 2 keys together. The rooms smell like musty and cigar smoke. The air conditioner smellee of mildew. I stepped between the beds and my sock got wet . The rug was wet not sure why . Very unhappy and if i was not several hours from home with kids i would have left

Checked in at 9:30pm. AC was not working. Was told to sit and wait until they could replace the unit at 9:30PM. We were finally put into another room at 11PM, and the AC barely cooled the room. This place was awful. Save your money.
