I took 1 star away because the back of the bathroom door was loaded with loose haor stuck to it that had not been cleaned off. We closed the bathroom door, and all this hair went everywhere in the bathroom. I cleaned it,myself, with one of their towels. Also, refrigerator was empty but smelled like something spoiled in it. Other than that, we thought this room was exceptionally clean and comfy!

It looked fine when we arrived but moved rooms due to fighting dogs next door. New room had beds so hard that I couldn’t sleep. Asked night manager to change room and he refused. We left at 3 am since he did not help us find another room and we will never stay at a Hilton Home2Go again.

Clean and spacious.

Room was clean and spacious and we would definitely stay here again. Reduced 1 star because wifi and breakfast are not very good. Both important in my opinion

I had booked an 3 night stay for April. 25-27. The property was clean & well keep, Staff very courtesy. I had visited the fitness center, there were no sanitary wipes, 04/28/25 @ 9:15 am. The Microwave oven didn't function, other than that I had a terrific stay. I'm planning on returning soon. ,

I've stayed at this property for a number of years now. From the best of times to its steady decline. It's been a continuous decline. The other factor is the Expedia booking. Second class rooms are a standard at many brands when booking through Expedia. Loud room, next to elevator, cracks in the shower, tv remote doesn't control TV or all these factors in this most recent visit. I'm over the second class garbage being subject to when booking through Expedia.
