I was locked out of my room because the battery for my door died on my second night. I stay there between shifts, so after a 12 hour shift I had to wait nearly an hour for them to fix it. Wouldn't have been a big deal if I wasn't here for work. These things happen, that's fine, but you'd think they would at least acknowledge this. Staff was very professional though.

Great location! Up on a hill so it has a pretty view! It’s also right off the freeway so it’s easy to go where you need to be. About 15 minutes from downtown. It’s a lot bigger than I expected and super clean!

We spent a week at this location. We were able to hide out and rest and decompress without noise and rude guests. The only two complaints are the terrible smell of weed on the third floor and the fire alarm was set off twice. One night at 3 am and the other time at 5:30 am on different nights. The hotel staff was very nice and accommodating. We would definitely stay here again and do recommend this hotel to other travelers. The location is central to most places to visit. The zoo, rock hall, national park, restaurants, train ride, Cleveland Clinic, university Hospital, paranormal museum, and much much more. The room was clean and they keep you supplied with the essentials. Only inconvenience is no free breakfast. There’s a breakfast buffet from 6:30-9:30 am. It’s is $12 per person and the restaurant reopens at 5 with menu options.

I just came here to do some work and take a nap, but it took me nearly three hours to queue up to check in. Can someone please write down the wifi password somewhere? I finally had the chance to check in electronically, but I didn't get to experience it. I was so dizzy standing there. Are they really treating us like this just because the price was better? I'm so disappointed.

Only the 2nd shift staff made a difference (Mell). They had no clean rooms at 3 or 4. No one ever came to clean my room or get trash. I was there for 4 days. I call front desk for help. No body ever came. My room was rushed clean. Look like they only made the beds. The bathroom floor was NOT mopped-- I have white socks w/black bottoms to prove it.Ice machine too far away for a single lady to get to. Not happy.

DON'T STAY HERE

The elevators are old anr rickety. One of the 2 main elevators broke down with people stuck inside. The carpey in the room looked like it hadden't been vacumned in days. I stayed 4 nights and they only replaced the towels on there own once! I had to call down to the front desk to get fresh towles and they did.nt even take the used ones away.IN my 4 nights there they never even cleaned the room once and never took out the garbage. vERY POOR EXPERIENCE! THEY SHOULD BE SHUT DOWN!
