When we checked in there was a dirty tissue on the floor. When we went to bed we noticed the toilet sounding like it was flushing about every thirty minutes. It was very loud and woke us up many times. We told the front desk and when we followed up later they just moved our room to ensure it wouldn’t happen again. The new room wasn’t better, the toilet overflowed when used in the middle of the night. When we told the front desk no discount was offered. A hotel room should include a working restroom. The elevator in the garage was broken and several stalls in each lobby restroom were out of order. The staff was cert nice and friendly however the hotel is in need of much plumbing work. We will not stay here again.

This was one of the dirtiest hotels at this price that I’ve ever stayed in. From the start, the parking garage was littered with trash and other debris and elevators weren’t working. The front desk staff was truly apathetic and did not offer us the cookies that others in our party were offered. Everytime we left or entered the hotel the front desk staff was on their phones and did not greet us. We would get a “hey” with no eye contact if we were lucky. The hallways were filthy. We stayed two nights and there was trash outside the rooms that was there the entire time. I never saw a cleaning staff member. There were large stains on the carpet outside the elevators. There was actual poop smeared in the men’s room in the lobby. Front desk staff said they would take care of it, but did not. The shuttle driver only answered some of the people in our party when we called for a ride. They refunded the $30 per night parking when they complained. The desk in our room seemed about ready to collapse. The room was relatively clean and comfortable. It was quiet and we were able to sleep well. It was conveniently located about a 10-15 minute walk from the rock and roll hall of fame and other downtown attractions like jack casino and rocket arena. I would probably choose a different hotel for our next stay.

The hotel overall is rundown and needs to be renovated. The entry is filthy outside with overflowing trash, dirty widows and doors. The lobby furniture is wore out and dirty. The carpet in the lobby is so threadbare it has rips and is dirty. The hallway carpets have huge stains. The front desk staff were not responsive when we repeatedly reported the lobby men’s room had feces smeared on the toilet, floor and walls in one stall, another was out of order. After reporting this my brother went in an hour and a half later and it was not cleaned. He went the front desk and was told the housekeeper was “busy”. He went in again hours later and someone had somewhat cleaned the mess but now very well.

Excellent greeting by Alexis at the front desk when we arrived Lobby and elevator smell musty Rooms-sticky carpets and bedside table and desk. Hairdryer (rm 722) was gummy to the touch-like the rubber coating has broken down. Outlet in bathroom (rm 724) didn't work Exterior entry was filthy-many cigarette butts, a spilled beverage on the ground, all of which were there the entire 2 days we were there. The shuttle service was very nice-friendly drivers.

The hotel is in a great location if you are attending a football, basketball or baseball game. The hotel is fine, just a little dated. The light in the bathroom was falling off the wall. We asked for it to be repaired, no one showed up. Little disappointing.

The hotel and staff were verry good. Convenient to rock and Roll Hall of Fame. Not many restauratns nearby. The only option for breakfast was the buffet at the hotel at $25 per person for a marginal buffet.

The room had not been cleaned with we arrived after 4pm. We called the desk and the phone rang off of the hook. My wife went down and was told they'd send a maid. We waited an hour and a half before giving up and checking out. And we were told we couldn't get a refund because we booked through hotels.com.

The staff were all very friendly and helpful. The carpets in the room felt sticky, the bathroom floor was very slippery like there was oil residue posing a potential hazard. All of the furniture (desk, night stands, tv stand, etc.) were very dusty. The vent on the air conditioning unit was also so dusty it was almost black and caused an influx of allergy issues. The lighting was also very dim and only lamps were available to use. The toilet screamed every time it was flushed.

the a/c did not keep the room as cool as we would have liked. it wasn’t hot, but it was too warm for our liking unfortunately. the staff was very nice, the room was clean and well kept. the mattress and pillows were terrible. overall 7/10 experience. it gave us a place to shower and sleep. i’d stay there again if the a/c situation could be fixed lol.
