By far the worst hotel I have ever stayed at in my entire life. Super dirty rooms, a dog had chewed the door to the bathroom and the door to the room from the inside. The wall in the bathroom had been ripped/chewed off. I would never suggest for anyone to ever stay at the hotel. The check in process was terrible, as the person behind the desk had no clue of the area or anything else. Told me the wrong hallway for the room. The "breakfast" consisted of one coffee dispenser, cereal, and 3 pieces of bread. It is insane that a hotel can stay open that looks like this. The property owner has more than likely never set foot inside the hotel. The people staying there and the random vagrants in the parking lot made us feel super unsafe. Horrible experience! 0/10

I'm not really able to rate the majority of categories due to the fact that I never went into the facility. I was so concerned about safety, cleanliness and auto security when I finally found the hotel that was very badly marked (almost no signage), that I never got out of my car.

At check in, they gave me a room that had not been cleaned ..and when I get the "cleaned" room...No Wifi, terrible bed, dirty pillow cases, bad smells, huge pot holes in the parking lot, cigarette butts in the hallway, spider webs in the stairwell....and no I'm not exaggerating. This is the WORST hotel I've ever stayed in. The WORST!!! But it's in the best part of the city. Walkable local shops, food and bars. Grocery and fast food all in walking distance. Beautiful homes to stroll and absorb. Quiet while still being busy and alive. Unfortunately this place could have charm and uniqueness...but in stead it looks like a literal horror movie. Shut this place down! Start over!

There was no top sheet or soap. The singular towel had holes in it, the bathroom door had 3 punched holes in it, the tiles were cracked and dirty, the carpet was lifted, the mirror wasn't hung, the tv didn't work, the 'breakfast' was pathetic, there wasn't even a toaster, the building reeked of canbabis, my room had an overwhelming stench of some cleaning product, there was no way to secure the window ajar to get fresh air, the hall flooring was in disrepair, the flooring in my room was rotted. I awoke to a gunshot this morning. Overall it was disgusting and I did not feel at all safe.

I can’t believe Wyndham has such a terrible property under their name. The front desk was supportive and offered to move me to a sister property right across the street. Should have believed the reviews but I honestly thought it couldn’t be that bad being a Wyndham hotel.

Someplace needs a makeover....

Very run down. Ripped curtain, no towel rack, no toilet paper holder. One towel. Bed had stains and dirt underneath. Everything was threadbare and no ice bucket. Pot holes in the parking area. Door was hard to open with the key. Outlets did not work. Tub was stained. Probably the worse hotel we have ever stayed in. At first staff was grumpy and rude, but by the third day were nicer.

We didn’t even bother checking in. As soon as we pulled into the parking lot we noticed the place looked run down and did not appear to be in a safe environment. Some of the windows didn’t even look like they functioned properly. Most of them appeared to be falling apart. Curtains were all in disarray. You could barely even tell it was a hotel. We did walk inside. Again, completely run down, unclean, and did not smell very appealing. We just left. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

Numerous Hazards STAY AWAY

Reservation was 4 nights for $1,100. The first room smelled moldy. They put carpet cleaner down. I opened the ac unit that was on heat, not air, and it was covered in dust. The latch on the door was broken, which is a security hazard. They moved me to a “recently cleaned room” where I had repeated issues with my key card opening the door. The paint was peeling off the wall, there door did not seal properly, there was fire alarm literally hanging off the wall, and there was an electrical issue in the bathroom. Upon ordering dinner and realizing there is no mini fridge, I cleaned up my trash and saw that the chair at the desk was dirty with crumbs, there was a red stain on the wall, and a roach climbed up the wall near my food on the table. I checked out early and have been fighting for a refund since. Photos on the web are outdated. At least 5 others guests had similar problems and I watched as 2 of them immediately left at check in. DO BETTER.

Had to book this place after our Airbnb was a scam - fine. Wasn’t expecting too much, however, our room had black mold growing on the shower head, there was no garbage can, the tv didn’t work, our door didn’t lock and there were used towels on the floor.
