We only stayed one night for a early flight. No wake up call ,so set your phone alarm. 24 hr shuttle was a plus. The room was fine, its not the Four seasons but it was clean and great for one night. The bar/ restaurant is a plus !

This stay was terrible. The only bright spot was the employees trying to make the best of a bad situation. There was undisclosed construction which made the air quality worse with chemicals and solvents.

There was no water, when we asked the front desk clerk he said we are completely out of water and said at midnight to go to speedway to buy water and other stuff we needed. When I was trying to buy stuff from the front end shop he’s like why are you buying here don’t waste your money and go outside and buy.

Toilet seat had a large crack in it, looked dirty and to have been like that for a long while. Trashcans down the middle of the hallways with water and garbage in it. No bulb in bedside table light or the main overhead light. Hair was in the shower like it hadnt been cleaned. Bed was fairly comfortable, but everything else felt dated, dirty, and like the staff didnt really care. Only one of our key cards worked as well.

This place is very outdated. Only one elevator working and it’s very shaky. Waited a long time every time for it. Elevator smelled. They need serious renovations. Not sure why they gave me a handicapped room. They should have gave that to someone who really needed it. The bed made noise with every movement. Bathroom wasn’t fully cleaned and old. No bags were in the garbage cans. They need to replace the shower curtain. Breakfast wasn’t great. I will never come back here.

It was just ok. The room was dated and reeked of cigarettes. The staff was ok breakfast was pretty decent. Definitely could use some of those vending machines with a credit card reader because my $1.50 water took 2 dollars and gave no change.

Enjoyed our stay ! The slide door to the balcony was a little tuff to open. Missing a light bulb Overall it was a nice stay and clean ! Police patrolled a lot thru the parking lot like it was a rough neighborhood.

Staff was very friendly at check in- and in house restaurant staff and food was good. POOL was closed. Appears to have construction inside, and a leak in hallway ceiling so a bucket with water. This place needs some updating! I paid additional $ for breakfast, but apparently their food truck didn’t deliver food. Easy parking for RV and trucks traveling through.

Overpriced for dilapidated hotel

No shuttle service available- booked for this reason. Had to pay $60 in taxis and hotel would do nothing to help us. They gave us breakfast vouchers but we had already added to our hotels.cim booking. Hotel was SUPER dated, dirty, and dilapidated. Thought I could trust the Crown Plaza brand but this one was awful.

Staff at front desk upon check in acted like we were disturbing him. No information in regards to our stay. It was an inconvenience for him to check to be sure we were on the list for airport shuttle the following morning. Dumb waiters were in terrible condition. They had 3 elevators with only one working and we were afraid to use it. Smelled like the belts were burning up in it. Whole place could certainly use a facelift.

So, it was like the twilight zone where no one was working. When we first got to our roomI noticed that the toilet was running and then it started leaking. I tried to call down to the desk five different times to report it and no one would answer the phone. Then when we went downstairs to the restaurant again the twilight zone no one was there. The TVs were on the bar was open. Just no one was working. It was the weirdest experience ever the room was clean however we had to make sure that we didn’t slip and fall in the bathroom because there was so much water leaking everywhere, but I couldn’t get a hold of a staff member to even tell him that there was a problem. The TV couldn’t connect to the Wi-Fi the entire time so therefore we couldn’t even watch anything on TV. I just think this property needs a serious renovation.
