Transportation from the Cleveland Airport is difficult and expensive. A shuttle would be an excellent thing. We didn’t get housekeeping service for our room (refresh towels, empty trash,etc) for our 2 day stay.

The hotel was lovely, with large, clean and spacious rooms and friendly staff. However, I was a bit put off by the fact that we had to use the valet parking with no choice to self park and were required to pay the valet fee, which was not an insignificant amount. If they can only accommodate valet parking, it would be nice to have this cost covered like hotels in other major cities have offered us.

It was amazing. We needed a good night sleep. We had an awful stay somewhere else before coming to stay there. We was not ther but about 6 and a half hour. Thanks for making a different.

Bedroom was clean and the beds were super comfortable. The bathroom was large and everything was tiles making it easy to clean. No shower curtain to fuss about with just a beautiful clean glass wall for the shower. Pleasant stay.

The beds were very comfortable and clean. However there was mold on the clear plastic shower curtain and in several places in the bathroom. The toilet seemed to have not been cleaned and had a smear on the edge. I feel like this hotel is very close to the hospital and takes advantage of grieving families by charging for things that other hotels include in the price.

Very convenient to Case Western and Cleveland University Hospital Systems. Shuttle service and valet very prompt. Staff pleasant and helpful. Wifi good but cellular connection for phone use very spotty with my carrier (Verizon). Housekeeping needs more attention to shower floor, but overall a clean property. Plenty of close dining options other than the hotel cafe.
