Breakfast at moxies was great the train dinging its bell all night every night got old quick

The room was dirty towels were used. Bed sheets had human hair all over. The bed pillow were toss pillows so small that i would not even but on my couch. When i asked a pillows i had to go and follow one the workers to storage room that had old dirty pillows and smells really bad. I did not feel safe even where we parked the vehicle was unsafe and worrisome the bathroom was very dirty and smelled bad. I will never go back there ever.

Staff was friendly, and helpful. Key cards continued to fail. Rooms are quite warm.

Poor customer service

Breakfast was good with lots of choice. Hot beverages were not that hot as this is the Hotel’s standard
