The front desk manager was rude to me about having a service animal. I asked if could I get a 12 pm check out he told he the room was already booked for the next day so I can to leave at 11 am check out time but he can give me 15 more mins. The bathroom was dirty an it was someone’s left over food in the fridge.

Ery nice room..,with all the amenities. I didn’t have a lot of interaction with the staff. Only complaint I had was I was told I’d get my receipt at via email as opposed to actually getting one in person. Still haven’t gotten my receipt.

Customer service poor door was hard to open housekeeping took personal towels and was told if I smoked in room I will not get deposit back “I don’t smoke” yet they put me near someone who does and was standing in front of my door outside smoking crazy all floors should be designated!

Frugal mind crash back I’m time.

For the purpose of my trip this hotel is very efficient, ecconimical (even with the price steady increase in recent years with no updates or improvements made at the poperty), conveniently locales, tidy-clean-safe-confortable acomodations for me in the área and I stay there often for these factors paires with the price.
