Staff was wonderful however, unable to sleep, need sound proof because of outside streets. People believe this is a racing road all hours of the night, no sleep until around 4 in the morning! Wow! Crzy that this is allowed.

Staff was very friendly and helpful. The breakfast and coffee was a great option everyday to start our day. Easy parking next door if you don’t valet. Pool, gym, and game room with foosball and billards. Easy trolly and bus stops close by. Very walkable during the day. Lots of restaurants and options within a few blocks walk. Nice room. Good Air Conditioning.

If you are looking for a room that has some amenities like a full service kitchen, this is a great place. The staff is friendly and it's quiet inside...though if you have a city view, the streets of Cincinnati are pretty loud late night (not the hotel's fault however). Overall, a nice place to stay!

Check in and out were a breeze. Front desk staff were extremely friendly. Valet parking was easy. Room (king bed, sofa bed, kitchenette) was great. It was clean and just what we needed. Hotel location was perfect. The only issue and the hotel had no control over this was, but the street noise and traffic was very LOUD. We were there the weekend of Memorial Day and Taste of Cincinnati so that may had been the issue, but if definitely made it hard to sleep at night.

Loud & Soooooo Disappointed!!!!!

Did not sleep for 3 nights due to horrific noise from street and all the racing cars, motorcycles, loud people at wee hours of the morning along with police being called on more than one occasion. Sofa bed was not real bed, no mattress & hard as a rock, very uncomfortable. No sound proofing in walls, as if we were outside all night.
