A gem just north of Cincinnati

We enjoyed our two-night stay! This mid-century hotel has been lovingly updated and has a number of unique features such as a dramatic lobby with a glass elevator. The entire property was impeccably clean. Our room was large and quiet, with a very nice breakfast each morning. The staff was friendly and helpful. Would definitely stay again!

It is a family run property, so the staff was very friendly and personable. Our room was big. The king bed was very comfortable. Breakfast was adequate. I really liked the espresso machine. So much better than the standard hotel coffee. And everything was very clean. We were here for tennis, so a good night’s sleep was most important. Now for improvements: little things like torn curtain, some stains give the property a worn out look. Nevertheless I would stay here again, since the price was right.

Horrible Hotel. Avoid at all costs

Toilet was literally broken and not attached. Towels felt damp and had an odor. Felt like 1975. Not enough electrical outlets. None by night tables. Lots of black mold in bathroom.

Pictures of the hotel look decent enough, but it is a pretty old hotel. Our room had a broken desk that collapsed when used, the bathroom door was literally splitting in half broken, mold in the bathroom, mysterious stains on the comforter. Bed was pretty comfortable but entire room felt dirty or falling apart

Great Experience

I was so skeptical about staying here based on other reviews. HOWEVER it was the complete opposite and the service and stay was amazing!!!! We arrived and had a small issues which was resolved quickly and with much thought!! The staff was amazing and the rooms was nice for the price point. Bed was comfy room was clean with microwave and fridge. Breakfast was fresh and hot and we enjoyed our anniversary stay!!! Thank you for a good experience Blu Ash and the amazing front desk staff!!!

This hotel seemed nice but was very dated. The air fresheners they used were way too strong to the point of being difficult to breathe. Most of the room/bathroom was also quite dirty. The furniture had stains also. It made due for the night but we won’t be staying here again.
