Just ok

Hotel doesn’t seem to be in the best area. It is very close (driving) to all the sports stadiums and riverfront parks. Parking lot was in rough shape and in the opposite side from the entrances. There is a garage that is attached and closer to the entrances; but clearance is only 6’10”. Staff was friendly and helpful, breakfast was excellent. Hotel is definitely dated, but seemed clean. I would probably stay elsewhere next time, but if the price was right, I wouldn’t rule it out.

Property is older with several maintenance issues, none of which had any impact on my stay. Room was clean and comfortable. Dispite multiple no smoking signs, the bathroom always smelled like cigarettes. Staff was very friendly and accommodating. It wouldn't be my 1st choice but I would stay again.

Definitely NOT worth the $100 pricetag. Beds are fine but the room feels like a $40 motel. Things are falling apart outside. Sign inside the room saying no housekeeping due to COVID-19... in 2025. Got poor sleep. Beds weren't bad and it was more my mental health to blame, but vibes certainly didn't help. Stay outside the area if possible.

When we got to the location there was not much parking and we had to park at the top of the building , we then had to walk all the way down the ramp where you pull up to get to the check in and the door was locked so we had to walk around to the other side of the building. The entire floor smelled like smoke !!!! The inside looked as if it wasn’t cleaned the toilet was dirty I had to clean the print of someone else off with a Clorox wipe . I just was not pleased at all will Not be staying again

It is located fairly close to the downtown area and the River Front Park (1-2 miles). It is relatively close to the highway, and we could hear the noise of the traffic during the night
