I never leave reviews. But; This was one of the most unclean places I’ve stayed. Last min reservation. Arrived, checked mattress. Black stains around seams. No way was I sleeping in that. Asked front desk for a different room. The front desk employee was kind, quick, and helpful about moving us to a different room. The new room had a clean mattress…. But, The rest of the room was filthy. Shower head was layered with scum/dirt. I was afraid to use outlets in bathroom. The a/c unit was full of black grime/dirt. The smoke detector/water sprinkles were yellowed. The lights above bed were full of caked dust. We had to create a rug with the bath towels to walk across the floor. Our feet were completely black with dirt otherwise. The noise from the the others rooms continued past 3am. Loud /chirping outside window. Zero rest. Finally, morning came. Hoped for a “hot breakfast” as advertised. We got a bagel w/ peanut butter & jelly. Watered down juice. We didn’t use wardrobe/microwave/or any other items in the hotel. Plus side: Location was convenient and tv/cable worked. If I hadn’t had booked so late on the non-refundable area, we would’ve left. Actually, I strongly considered sleeping in the vehicle instead of staying. Has potential if deep cleaned. Seriously deep cleaned.

Great place for my needs!

It was a great place to stay while attending the Cincinnati Open. Convenient to venue, restaurants, and highway. Quiet and safe. Staff was very friendly and helpful!

My key cards kept deactivating which was very frustrating having to go to the front desk every time. They didnt have extra blankets. The hallways were dirty, with no elevator and hallways were very hot.
