Lighting in the room was TOOdim. Coukd barely see ti get ready. 1 bar of soap for sink and shower. Trim in tge barhroom was not done well. Caulk was used more than wood in places. Room was close ti Kings Island which is why we were there.

pool was the only thing enjoyable, room was dirty, sheets were filthy, did not get a housekeeper to take trash or anything the whole 3 days. had to take my own dirty towels downstairs, nobody came and swept or asked to sweep our room. towels were ruff, but could be managed, stopped didn’t work in bathtub so my 2 year old couldn’t take a real bath . horrible!

Stay was okay for what we paid. We were given two towels and two wash cloths for four people. When my husband asked the housekeeping for an extra towel and wash cloth he was told no. Cleanliness was okay not bad but could have been much better. Security deposit was $30 which wasnt bad. We only stayed for one night and it was cheap.

I booked this hotel a week before my stay. Once I arrived and checked in the hotel staff gave me a DIRTY room, did NOT have another room to offer me and I ended up staying the night in my car at a rest area because I was 4 HOURS away from home in the middle of the night. And still we don’t have any way of figuring out how to get my damn money back.

I liked the property but the room we were given was an adjoining room. There were no safety precautions. Someone from the other room could've entered the room. The dead bolt didn't work and there was no chain.
