**PLEASE READ** I don't ever post hotel reviews but I had to. We booked a 4 day stay through Expedia for her birthday. We were assigned room 412. After the first night, we woke up and took a shower getting ready for her birthday brunch. I noticed a couple ants by the fridge, but thought nothing of it. I went to the bathroom sink to wash up and felt something on my arm hair. I look down and it's an ant that I quickly flicked away and after I did so, I turned my hand over and in my palm was two more ants. I flicked them off and quickly walked to go back over by the fridge and started to look around. I noticed a significant amount of ants on the wall, floor and several on the table. They even got into our sealed package of oreos. I went to the bedroom and scanned the bed and even saw one running on the bed and as I did I felt a little pinch on the back of my neck. I swiped at the pinch spot and on the bed fell another ant. I was furious and disgusted at this point. I called the front desk and the manager came up. She told us to move rooms, but that we aren't eligible for a refund because we booked through a 3rd party (Expedia). Although she was polite I am thoroughly disappointed. It's absolutely ridiculous that I swiped my card at that I swiped my card at the front desk and paid, but they can't give refunds. What makes this even worse is 4/30 was her birthday and she had to deal with that. If this is how they will handle the situation I'll never book at Hyatt ever again.
