Service was great, room was new, but falling apart from shoddy construction (grout coming out, electrical boxes not flush with walls, etc.), lighting was harsh, no soap in the bathroom, toilet paper holder a contortion from where you plant yourself on the toilet, only one key available since they were running out, breakfast was okay - underwhelmed by the expereince, but we needed a room.

Everything went well until a family member informed me that the front desk treated her rudely because she wanted her room cleaned/change of towels and the sink was draining slowly. I referred her to this hotel and to hear this happened was quite embarrassing

Kids being very loud running up & down the stairs, pounding on doors & running away, the staff was right on it but, the kids did it again as soon as staff left the floor, Staff was very nice, but not a peaceful night. After 11pm it quieted down.

The only issue I had was when we checked in, I could not have the room that I reserved on the Expedia app. The front desk told me that since i didn't reserve on the Hilton web site, I was NOT guaranteed the Specific room Amenities. I am disabled and in a wheelchair, I specifically reserved the roll in shower room on Expedia but did not get it. Once I checked in, I had no other choice than to take the room available. IF that was told to me on Expedia I missed it. Why Does this happen? I wasn't asking for something that was not necessary.

So overall it was giid. There were areas of the hotel that weren't as clean as one would hope. The door fron the patio to the pool never worked with a key card. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

The hotel was easy to access, clean, and comfortable. The staff was friendly. The pool was broken the first night, just before we entered by another guest. They did get it up and working the next day. The pool temperature was quite cold.

We arrived at 445pm check in is 3pm. We check in get our luggage unpacked only to get to the room and housekeeping hasn’t even cleaned it yet. So we put our luggage in our friends room who mind you didn’t have reservations like we did and their room was ready . Then I put there would be 3 of us in our room and they have enough towels for one person! The pool area; no towels, the drain was not draining and there was an inch plus of water all around the pool and going out the door into the lobby! Plus side breakfast was good, rooms were cleanish- and beds were comfortable. But for 190$ for one night we expected more!

Breakfast buffet was less than average. Not much choice. Pool was shut down two evenings and there were usually 20 or more little kids so we could never enjoy the pool. Would not consider this an average hotel. To me it was a little over priced for what is offered. Make more selections for the breakfast buffet. Also there was always kids running up and down the hallways yelling. Not fun at all.

Over the stay was pleasant. The room was spacious and clean. All things considered the actual facility was good. They were running low on pillows so it was a good thing we brought our own. They had an outdoor firepit that we were excited to utilize, however the propane was empty and the maintenance personnel responsible for changing it was not available until the next night after our checkout. The biggest issue was a vehicle break in that resulted in some items being stolen. Because of that, I will likely not stay in this particular area again.
