They don’t have enough staff. My room was not cleaned. The maids were in long enough to remove dirty towels but did not replace them. When I got back to my room hot and sweaty and went to take a shower I could not. They did not have anyone to bring me towels so I had to get dressed and go to the front desk to get them. Also the coffee and tea was not replaced and I was given some teabags and as I later found out rancid half and half. Also there was garbage under the sink console from a previous guest so I was not impressed with their housekeeping. This is an IHG hotel and I will be avoiding them in the future.

Perfect place to stay for our first trip to Cincinnati. Easy walk to the ballpark. The staff was helpful and friendly. Loved the room, especially the shower. We had a great three night stay!

Poor breakfast service waiting more than 20 minutes to get bacon for breakfast on a buffet when there was only 2 tables in the restaurant is a joke
