The hotel was very easy to get to from the airport. We were visiting family and the hotel was very convienent to downtown. Plenty of parking in a covered garage. The staff was friendly and accomidating. I would stay their again.

We had outstanding service by Jax. The hotel seemed to be having plumbing issues and flooding which the property manager was handling well. Our room was affected prior to us getting there but Jax gave us a different room and checked on us multiple times to make sure we were good! She was amazing and went above and beyond!

A hot tub would be awesome. Also, body soap in a bottle in the showering area would be nice, instead of using the tiny hand soap bars. Other than that it is great.

Love the proximity to Xavier. Super cool bartender who looks like Hagard from Harry Potter is great. If you are hungry go to the bar and order the Mediterranean plate. Negatives: Two visits in a row the room was never cleaned during visit. Black out shade missing. The see through shade was broken. The remote to the TV didn't work .
