Great price for so many amenities! Had such a wonderful stay and the staff was very helpful and friendly.

Staff was super friendly. Loved the free coffee and tea in the morning, Parking in and around the area was fine. The only downfall was the temp in the room. They have a swamp cooler, which is probably pretty normal for Silverton’s accommodations. I’m sure not very many buildings are air-conditioned in this town but was a little warm at night. It did cool off but took a smidge of time. Delightful place.

Eli was amazing at getting us settled and situated in Durango. The town is very walkable and hotel is very centrally located. I love the morning coffee, fruit and pastry spread. Beds were like sleeping on a cloud! So comfy.

The property overall was nice. Our room was in The Classic building. Our room had a really strong sulfur smell at night. We know that hot springs have that smell but it was WAY worse in our room than even the outside air! It was so bad at 4am that it woke me up. Had we returned earlier in the evening (we didn’t get back until midnight), I would have asked for a different room. The room was also very dated & not worth the price. We were very disappointed. We also didn’t have a great experience at the Wild Finch. It took 65 minutes to get our food. Our waitress said it was because of one of our dishes. Had she told us that the chicken too 40 minutes, we would have ordered something else. It was good but not worth an hour wait. My steak frites was med rare instead of the med well I ordered. We didn’t have time to have her take it back because we had someplace to be. The food tasted good but these things ruined the experience.

Family-friendly activities, great night stay for whole family.

The space was very cozy and unique, with a private rooftop deck that we cooked on. However, there is no air conditioning, and the host placed some fans throughout the unit but only one of them worked. After much investigation we realized many of the electrical outlets were not working. So we opened the door and window to let the cool air in.
