As a 60 year old travelling alone and arriving on a midnight flight there are no clear directions or a map to get me to the accommodation. The area is not well lit. No footpaths to find best route in the dark so I was trundling my suitcase along on grass or on the road. Room clean and reception open at 1.20am which was good.

Great place with good rates for a one night stay close to the airport. The only thing that let it down was the fact that my window didn’t shut tightly so I could hear a lot of traffic noise from the motorway at busy times

Best place to start your trip to New Zealand

I loved this place. The pods were huge, quiet and private. The room itself was large. The communal area was huge, loads of sofas, hammocks and various chill out areas. Loads of left over food also would be a great place to start your trip

Fine for a pre flight stay

Great for a few hours sleep before catching a flight, wouldn’t stay for any more than that. Very little soundproofing between rooms so I could hear everybody coming and going throughout the night as well as every plane at the airport.
