If stayed here a few days before. Including the same room I currently had book. The first day, I noticed the toilet was low flow. Also realized the room phone didn’t make calls out this time without the phone being on speaker. Me being the consumer I am I let it alone without raising a concern. The second day, the microwave overheats and the sink backed up. Which I unclogged myself. After staying up till 1 am while they pretended to fix repairs. They gave me only 10% back for the issue they already knew exsisted and had plenty of time to fix. The mock job just didn’t hold up and me and my family had to pay for it. It rained cats and dogs that day. I went out to grab my family food just for the microwave to go out and for me to have had to transport and install the back up on my own. The manager on duty claimed the manager was unreachable until morning so I can voice my concerns there. I am a vip and platinum member. I was not satisfied with the conclusion of my trip. By the time I was able to get a working microwave. My daughter had already cried herself to sleep from hunger. The resources were there and they could’ve easily moved us. Downgrade or a not, feeding my family is what matters most and American inn general manager didn’t seem to bothered by that. Which leaves me very concerned.

The pillows provided in our room were extremely firm and oversized, making them very uncomfortable to sleep on. Unfortunately, everyone in our family developed neck pain and muscle spasms, and we struggled to get a good night’s sleep during both nights of our stay. When I raised the issue, I was told that there were no alternative pillows available and was advised to use the comforter instead, which was not a practical solution. I spoke with both the night manager and the morning manager. They assured me they would discuss the matter with their supervisor and contact me afterward. I provided my contact information, but no one ever followed up. This was not the experience we expected, and it left us very disappointed. We spent a significant amount of money on our stay, yet ended up with discomfort, poor sleep, and a lack of customer service. Based on our experience, I would not recommend this property to others.

The hotel was perfect area amazing . they have a three casinos, and the shadow will take you to the different casino.

The Staff was very friendly and helpful. The Breakfast was very good for a continental style breakfast. The property has been very neglected. Broken side walks. Landscaping overgrown and many weeds. Buildings are very worn and need some serious maintenance. Birds building nests in the small balcony's. Smokers smoking in the stair wells. The room itself was very dated, old and worn. I placed towels on the couch just to feel comfortable sitting on it. The room was very dirty and need a deep cleaning and refurbish. The room still smelt like smoke even though it was supposed to be a non-smoking room. Could be a nice place to stay if all upgraded.

Enjoyed our stay. We were in the building with rooms that had kitchenettes. Very quiet and clean.

Everything was great! The staff was very welcoming and friendly. They gave me and my service dog goody bags. They had cookies for guests. The room was nice and clean and spacious. The bed was comfortable it was quiet, and had free parking. They had a nice breakfast.

This hotel was very clean, quiet and well maintained. Staff were helpful and pleasant. Close to the stadium and several fun sports bars are within walking distance. I would definitely stay here again.
