poor service

Apparently, you were supposed to call the front desk and request maid attention if you wanted it. I was there 3 nights - the trash never got dumped, no used/wet towels picked up, no maid service at all. The door hanger just said Do Not Disturb on both sides so it wouldn't help putting that on the door front. I did mention to the maid I ran into in the hall, no avail.,

I appreciate the fact that they were waiting for me to check in because my flight was delayed by 12 hrs. I barely made my check in at 2:30 am. The attendant had my information at the desk and informed me he was waiting for my check in. I felt relieved that they actually noticed. The room was clean. My daughter and mother had dinner in the restaurant and said that they had some good food and reasonably priced. Overall my go to spot for future stays.
