The property was in a great location and is beautiful. It was clean and well maintained. We had a few issues with a breakfast buffet. I highly recommend ordering from the menu instead. Also, with amenities in the room. The staff were quick to fix the issues and to make things right.

This is the second time that we have stayed at the Trump hotel. It’s a beautiful property in a prime location. There are amazing views of the river and lake. The hotel is within walking distance of shopping, restaurants, and other fun sites! The spa is provides great service! I will definitely stay there again!

My stay here was everything I could have wanted and then some. The location, the free upgrade to the River and lake view with the high floor. The service was impeccable and I felt safe to walk around the area. My parents tagged along for my 30th and it was great. Definitely my favorite place I have stayed so far in Chicago and I will definitely stay here again in the future.
